To qualify for the Global Food Tech Awards 2026, entrants must meet the following criteria:
- Startup status: Your company must be less than five years old at the time of entry.

Regional headquarters:
You must enter the heat for the region where your business is headquartered:
- Americas
- EMEA
- APAC - Team size: Your team should be fewer than 20 people.

We welcome technologies, products, or solutions that:
- Advance food and beverage innovation
- Demonstrate scalability and sustainability
- Offer novel approaches to industry challenges
- Show clear market potential
